If your activation code is showing as invalid, please double-check that you have copied it correctly without any extra spaces. Activation codes are case-sensitive. If the issue persists after verifying the characters, contact [email protected] immediately for assistance.

If you've exhausted your quota, you can contact the seller to purchase additional credits. Your credits are tied to your activation code and can be recharged as needed. Please reach out to the seller you purchased from for recharge options.

Network interruptions or server load can occasionally cause generation failures. If this happens, your credits are usually not deducted. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and try again. If you see a persistent error, contact [email protected] for help.

Magic Crayon supports exporting in PNG and JPG formats. Generated images are typically 1024x1024px. If you upload a reference image for generation, it must be under 10MB and have a maximum resolution of 4096px on the longest edge.

Subscription features are not available yet. Magic Crayon currently uses an activation code system. If you have questions about your activation code or usage, please contact [email protected].

Once purchases are enabled, charges may appear as Creem*... on your bank statement. Creem is our authorized payment processor (Merchant of Record). This is normal and indicates a legitimate charge for Magic Crayon services.
